Kewl to come home this mornin just after 5am and no barking dogs... I got a shower and finished my lunch and now I sit here in my underwear, wow so kewl to be able to relax when I get home from work. Still sore from learnin new tricks, but this job would be easier if my trainer would actually work, she is one of them , yeah the kind you do her work as well, will be nice to get all trained and work right hehehehe..
Wow today I think when I am sleepin D is gonna be with Miss K and lets hope she does okay, I think the wife is getting better so everybody uhhhhh just pray I can have a happy wife again, D did get the little k'ster up the other day but then she got to feeling bad but she has been getting some sleep now and thats what D needs is some good ole sleep to make her feel better.. well gotta go dream about truckin some more hehehehehehe, bye bye

More work load ....yeah!!
Well I heard today that they are gonna hire 19 more people and run 24/7, so lots of money.... starting the 21st, I go to work that thurdays and work 4 - 12 hours shifts, everybody now has to work 12 hour shifts and split the week 3 on then 4 then 3 and 4, ... week days and swing were 4 - 10,s and weekends were just 2 - 12 hour shifts for 3 days but now everybody has to work 12's hehehehehe some are not so happy...
I figured the 4 day week I get 46 hours, 6 are paid overtime, the I get my 34.5 hours the next week so hmmm but I will get 80.5 hours every 2 weeks and 6 of them is over time so yeah I will be making the bucks now, 6 hours will be $23.76 per hour and yeah I like that then the reat is $15.17 but some time I get a raise and then another so I am happy I will be up and over 16 bucks an hour in a year ...whew haw yeah...
So today was my 5th day of work and man I am sore but the job itself is not bad, alot of people quit and its because they don't have a clue about how things work in a production line, its all simple to me to figure out but I heard alot of big guys have quit , guess they said its too hard, well you do work out and I been sitting in a truck for three years and alot of the workers I work with are small women so if they can life heavy plates of bullets I sure can.. I am sore and they tell you up front you will use muscles you never knew you had and it will go away after you work them into shape.... I can feel it whew yeah, but hey if I can do it with my trucker belly hey anyone with ambition can do it too...
well its early and I must go to bed and rest, just got home and mother in law still here, dogs are barking and everyone is sleeping, can't wait to get my house back and D is feeling better, I can come home with no dogs yapping and I can relax in my underwear and run around like normal again, yeah I know now you can't eat yer breakfast after the vision of me in my underwear hehehehe sorry.....bye bye..

Life as a bullet assembler
Well you all know I got the job at the bullet factory, I went to orientation on Thursday and started on Friday. My base pay is $14.57/hr and I get a $0.60 extra for working swing, not bad for Idaho but its a fast paced job and I am in the most heavy lifting dept. so they pay the most for that type of work, other employess get less pay but work in a different dept, I am in the highest paid so ya baby..
I work 5pm till 5am - 3 days a week and 4 off , starts Friday at 5pm and ends Sunday mornin at 5am so this is the weekend swing as they call it. I get $15.17 per hour to start and after I am there for awhile I will get raises and will be eliable to get overtime, so yeah I will try to get at least my 40 hours anyway, right now on w/e swing I get 34.5 hours a week, still not bad to start..
First week I rolled and rolled, its a last inspection for the bullets before shipping, the ship these ones to law enforcement so they have to be pefect, no defects when lives are on the line, so now this next week I will train on line 1 as they call it, its where the bullets are assembled in steps and with others as well so its team work and I will learn to be a good worker, I can't afford not too, so far I like the people I have met and I like the job, guess I will tell more later after I learn more...

Mrs D is very ill...
Well all I can say is that D is very ill. She has been to the emergency room twice at Tri-State this week and it has been hell for me since I started work this week and stuff, Mrs K does not understand whats going on and I hope my wife gets better soon, she is really kranky hehehe and I want her to feel better too..
Rockin on the river
I know I am late at posting this and other stuff. We had a blast and D got sunburned on just the left side, I drank some brews and we had fun, I got lots of photos but these are from the cell phone so for now thats all you get to see.
