bout time I blogged

well see this 12 hour 4 nights a week and then 3 are a scream, I work long hours then I come home and try to get sleeep just to go to work again, on the last day I try to stay up and spend time with my little girl in the morning and let the wife sleep in ... and then I try to adjust to days somewhat to spend time with my girls and my wonder dog. I know it no excuse because I stay up late the last night off and then sleep like a normal work day and get up at 3pm just to wonder off to work again... but see I am here now because I got lots to blog about.
